Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a player to join?

No! Community membership is open to everyone who supports wheelchair basketball - players, coaches, officials, family members, and fans.

Is this the same as league registration?

No, community membership is separate from league registration. Players still register with their clubs for competitions. This is about supporting the broader community.

How do the votes work?

Adult members can vote on advisory ballots about community matters. While trustees make final decisions, votes inform their direction and ensure community voices are heard.

What happens when a junior turns 18?

We'll notify the guardian when a junior member turns 18. With guardian approval, they can upgrade to an adult membership with their own login and voting rights.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can manage your subscription through the billing portal, accessible from your membership page. Cancel anytime and keep access until your current period ends.
